Every great project starts with a conversation. In this one-off design consultation (£195), we’ll meet to chat through your ideas, uncover your style, and get clear on your goals. It’s a relaxed, focused session designed to give you clarity and confidence, and it sets the groundwork for a design journey that feels completely tailored to you and your home.
Project Planning and Proposal
After our initial consultation, I’ll pull everything together into a KickStart Guidance document that clearly reflects your brief. It highlights the key things we need to consider, offers creative ideas, and gives you a feel for how we’ll bring your vision to life. You’ll also receive a tailored proposal outlining the scope of work and transparent pricing, all based on what we’ve discussed and what matters most to you. It’s your personalised roadmap to a home that truly feels like yours.
Design and Execution
This is where everything comes together. You’ll review and sign off on beautifully crafted design boards that reflect your style and bring the vision to life. From there, I’ll take the lead, coordinating trusted trades, managing timelines, and making sure every detail stays true to the plan we’ve created together. Once the work is complete, we’ll walk through the space side by side to make sure it feels just right.

Every project is different, but my Interior Project Coordination service is all about keeping things flowing smoothly, from design through to implementation. I look after the details like gathering quotes, working closely with trades, managing timelines, and making sure everything aligns with the design vision we’ve created together. It’s a calm, collaborative process that ensures your project stays on time, within budget (as much as possible!), and true to the original brief.
How do I coordinate an interior project?
I take a hands-on, flexible approach, always reviewing and adjusting the plan as things evolve. I work alongside trades on-site to gather quotes and fine-tune the design details so everything we’re planning is both beautiful and feasible. If any unexpected changes come up, I’ll adapt quickly and keep everything moving forward.
Communication is at the heart of how I work. I keep everyone, from clients to contractors, clearly in the loop, creating a collaborative space where great ideas and decisions can happen with ease.
How is pricing determined for the Full Service Custom Design & Coordination package?
I’ll quote for my design services based on the scope of your project, factoring in your space, goals, and level of involvement needed. At the same time, I’ll be working with trades to gather estimates and help shape the design based on what’s practical and achievable.
Once we’ve established a clear picture of the build and installation costs, the coordination fee is calculated as 15% of the overall project spend. This approach keeps things transparent and ensures that design, budget, and delivery are all working hand-in-hand.
